Absolutely delicious! Wonderful service! Calm and comfortable atmosphere! There is so much to say, I absolutely loved my visit here. I left with a full belly and a happy heart, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and kind. If you're reading reviews about this place because you're not sure whether to come here for a meal, this is your sign to come and treat yourself! I will be back! 🩷

This place is worth going out of your way for. A fantastic option for hot pot for this side of town. We appreciated the sauce bar to prep our broth to our liking - very much needed! Our waitress did a great job at introducing the menu to us to explain how everything works. We stopped by during lunch hours so it wasn't too loud. Sushi was great 🍣 Tempura Shrimp were bomb 🍤 Fried rice was fantastic, ordered 3 plates bc of how good it was! 🍚 The train and robot is super cute 🤖 Restrooms are well kept Our service was fantastic.

I had an excellent dining experience at Chiba Hotpot in the Conroe, TX location, and it truly deserves five stars. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. Their customer service alone sets this place apart and makes you want to come back. The hotpot experience itself is really cool and fun, especially if you’re looking for something interactive and different from the usual dining options. Everything was well-organized, clean, and easy to understand, even for first-time hotpot guests. The quality of the ingredients was impressive, and the flavors were rich and satisfying. The sushi was another standout — fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in their sushi selection, and it easily competes with dedicated sushi restaurants. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. What makes Chiba Hotpot even more unique is the added entertainment factor. The conveyor belt adds excitement to the experience, and the robot server is such a fun and modern touch. Unique and tasty experience. Service and atmosphere: This is well designed and structured restaurant. There are tables for bigger groups, booths for four as well as individually seating by the bar/conveyer belt with small dishes circling around. Staff were nice and helpful. Food and drinks: The hot pot cooking is and eating freshly made food is a cool and fun concept. You can pick and choose small plates from moving belt and order extras from the menu (eat as much as you like). You cook your selections in the broth of your choice while having great time with your family or friends. The menu selection for extras is pretty extensive. Everything was very testy and fresh. Pricing: $$ - around $23 pp for lunch and $32 for dinner. All well worth it.

It was nice Chinese hot pot. And fun to pick up small dishes from belt. However, there were not many choices left if your seat is far from the kitchen like us.
